Melamed Construction was established in 2002 and is situated in Pretoria, Gauteng. We started as a small business, but now we can proudly say that we have our own building teams, plasterers, electricians, and painting teams as well as an engineer for concrete slabs and building structures.

In 2008, Melamed Construction helped a BBE Organisation, Fabcos Construction with project management as well as construction on certain sites, the most important aspect in Fabcos was to promote empowerment. During this process, we have gathered a lot of useful experience and knowledge in the construction industry.

We are passionately committed to our business and have the realism to make inevitable hard choices during the 10 years of existence: we possess unique skills and knowledge which is required to be useful in our business. 

Melamed Construction makes use of a team of experts to give specific advice on various components of the business. We make use of all documentation and building contracts that are provided by the Master Builder Association so that the client as well as the contractor is protected. We also provide public liability insurance if it is required by the Client.
